To help them on this path, Wavemaker has analyzed the percentage of each generation that has purchased in the last year in the categories of smartphones, computers/tablets, home electronics and electronics for personal use.
Data from Wavemaker's LIVE Panel, which is based on a global survey of almost 400,000 people from 54 countries, reveals that the largest buyers of electronic products for personal use and smartphones in the Phone Number List last year have been centennials and millennials. However, 53% of those over 65 years of age have changed their mobile phone during this period , 43% have purchased an electronic product for the home and 45% an electronic product for personal use.
